We entered the soul room, paid 56 kd, it was already solved from the beginning we had to go out to be fixed again then we got back in to continue the game and it and the second part was also solved we didnt play as mush as we wanted and we didnt get what we paid for😅😅😅😅😅 somthing need to be fixed And when i wanted to speak with mangment they told me no one is there to talk to you 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ Mangment wise u get a zerooooo

سفرة سريعة للكويت وقلنا لازم نجرب الألعاب. تجربة رائعة وحلوة وخفيفة. اخترنا تجربتين، chocolate factory, haunted mansion. الأطفال قضوا وقت ممتع في حل الالغاز، والكبار بعد. الالغاز خفيفة وممتعه. وفي الاخير squid games, لعبنا وضحكنا وكانت احلى تجربة لنا. شكرا على التجربة الرائعة يعطيكم العافية.

we had a horrible experience, its so unfortunate to see so much potential in places like this but lack of maintenance and upkeep. The room was filthy, used leftover juice boxes from what we assume was the people in that room before us, if there was any that day. The technical issues are extremely frustrating, buttons don't work , lights didnt work, broken puzzles, etc... we had one the the staff members on speaker the whole time telling us what to do, how to press a button because it was malfunctioning. We wont be going there again. I hope their management does something about it.
