(20 reviews)We are a group of 9 for my friend's birthday. I asked if they might have a complementary cake to surprise the birthday person. They said they would ask the manager and they told me that I needed to order a cake first and they would give us a complementary one. I ordered a great wall chocolate so and they gave us banana spring roll . I assume it was complementary because that’s what they said when I left the restaurant , I checked my receipt they charged us the spring roll that supposed to be complementary.

Excellent services and fantastic food! A huge shout-out to Manoj for his outstanding attention—he really made the visit special. And was truly outstanding and deserves formal recognition. Ambience was awesome as well as the food quality and quantity. Erjohn was so welcoming and professional. He let us enjoy our meal with so much privacy and less interruption. He was also attentive with what we needed. Thank you for the wonderful service and atmosphere. It was an amazing dining experience.

Group of 5 friends at lunch time. Wonderful service and delightful food. Portions are a bit smaller than when restaurant opened but food was great.

Last Tuesday 4th Nov between 7 to 8 pm .. I’ve visited the restaurant in gulf road .. but what a service I experienced .. very low level of service and quality .. firstly served a warm to cold soup which should normally be hot - as per the server - then asked to change it and he said will tell the manager and all but then the soup came late with the rest of appetizers and main course so become soup, 2 appetizers and 2 main courses in one table at almost the same time !!! How can this be ?! Moreover when I’m asking for the bill the server telling me “the manager is asking to put my feedback on Aura whatever it is “ Woooow .. that’s not okay the manager didn’t have the courage even to come and say it himself/ herself !! The most annoying part is I’m a regular customer for this restaurant in general and mainly this branch for more than 10 years but now I don’t understand what’s happening. I hope you take your service and the review seriously
