Conveniently located in Al-Dajeej, right opposite the Kuwait Airways headquarters, it’s easy to find and has good access with valet-style parking to make the visit stress-free. The track layout is enjoyable, with a nice balance of straights for speed and bends that test your handling skills. The karts are in decent shape, though at times you may notice some variation in performance. Safety is well taken care of — helmets, vests, and basic instructions are provided before every ride. One of the highlights that makes ProKart unique is their display of vintage/old cars and go-karts around the facility. It adds a nostalgic charm and gives the place character, making it more than just a race track. While waiting for your session, walking around and looking at these classics is a treat in itself. The staff are courteous and friendly, and the booking process is responsive, which makes planning your visit easy. I recently visited this karting place and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The cars clearly need proper maintenance — I had to change cars three times because each one was too slow or had issues. Despite all the delays, the staff still counted that wasted time against the 10 minutes I paid for, so in reality I only got about half the driving time I should have had. What made things worse was the unprofessional attitude of both the workers and their manager. Instead of trying to make up for the inconvenience, they dismissed the issue and showed little concern for customer satisfaction. For the price charged, I expected much better service and properly maintained cars. Sadly, I left feeling frustrated and let down, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve both their equipment and staff professionalism.

Amazing place very huge track but the price is a bit high but is common really would definitely recommend for all ages as there are tracks for young kids and a track for adults and teenagers .
